On February 7th, 2026, at the Centro de Cultura Contemporânea de Castelo Branco, the Lontano Trio will premiere my new work Mural, for alto saxophone, accordion and double bass. The concert marks the opening of the project Do Barro ao Som – Homenagem a Cargaleiro, and will be followed by a national tour with further performances in Lisbon, Setúbal, Amarante and additional cities.

The programme featured the Trio in homage to Fauré, written in 2023.
Music: Tiago Derriça Violin: Léo Belthoise Cello: Sarah Ledoux Piano: Bruno Belthoise On December 1st, at 11:00 AM, the Coro de Câmara de Lisboa performed in Rome (Biblioteca di Lingue e Letterature Straniere Moderne, Edifício Marco Polo, Circonvallazione Tiburtina 4) as part of the concert “Da ditadura à Revolução. Viva a Liberdade” — a presentation organised by Sapienza Università di Roma. The programme included works by Portuguese composers, among them the piece Dorme, que a vida é nada!

The programme explores the theme of water in its many forms — seas, rivers, lakes, and tears.

(text by Fernando Pessoa) and Vossos olhos, Senhora, que competem (text by Luís Vaz de Camões), as part of the concert Homenagem a Camões at the Igreja do Convento de São Pedro de Alcântara, Lisbon. The works will be performed a cappella under the direction of Teresita Gutiérrez Marques.
