The piece Trio, for oboe, basson and piano, was added to my catalog. The work was comissioned by Cremeloque Trio.
On July 2nd, the Criasons Festival will continue with my signature program "On the shoulders of giants / Aos ombros de gigantes" that will be reprised at the Teatro Garcia de Resende, in Évora. The fantastic musicians of the Quarteto Lopes Graça and the pianist Taíssa Poliakova will be playing. The program includes the third movement of my second string quartet and the last movement of my violin sonata, among with works of Haydn, Fauré, Ravel and João Costa.
On June 29th, 09h00 p.m., at the Centro Cultural Olga Cadaval, Sintra, the fado artist Katia Guerreiro will perform with the Orquestra Municipal de Sintra. The orchestra will be playing some of my orchestrations, conducted by Cesário Costa.
On June 19th, at 04h30 p.m., at the Jewish Museum in Belmonte, the Orquestra Sem Fronteiras Wind Ensemble will be performing Mendelssohn works, with my orchestrations, conducted by Renata Oliveira.
On May 26th, at 06h30 p.m., at the Teatro Nacional de S. Carlos, the third movement of my second string quartet and the last movement of my violin sonata will be played, along with works of Haydn, Fauré, Ravel and João Costa.

Music: Tiago Derriça Orchestra: Sonor Ensemble Choir: Grupo Vocal Olisipo Conductor: Luis Aguirre On December 10th, at 18h35 p.m., Tiago Derriça was an invited speaker at the XIV National e-Encounter of the APEM (Portuguese Music Education Association), where he spoke about the Music Composition Curriculum. The meeting took place online, as a safety measure to mitigate the exposure to the COVID-19 virus.
